How we work
Assessment before commitment
Every probe is judged on its actual condition, not on its model name. You get a written answer on repairability before anything is agreed.
Model-level records
We keep 3,011 catalogued references across 43 manufacturers — 1,978 probe models and 1,029 biopsy guides — tied to 691 host ultrasound systems. That is how a request stays matched to the exact unit.
What we ask you for
A photo of the complete model label, a description of the fault, the console it runs on, and photos of any physical damage.
What we do not claim
We are an independent repair service. We do not claim OEM authorization or universal compatibility, and we do not quote a repair we have not assessed.
